Garlic Extract powder is made by processing garlic through logistics process.

Garlic, perennial herb, Liliaceae Allium. The underground bulbs are divided into petals, which are divided into purple and white skin types according to different skin colors. The garlic species was introduced to my country from the Western Regions during the Western Han Dynasty, and was popular among the public through artificial cultivation and breeding.

Garlic belongs to the genus Allium in the Liliaceae family, and its bulbs are used as medicine. Harvest in spring and summer, tie the handle, hang it in a ventilated place, and dry it for later use. In June, when the leaves are dry, remove the sediment, ventilate and dry or bake until the outer skin is dry.

Garlic Extract powder is a perennial herb with a strong garlic odor. Garlic is flat spherical or short conical, with gray-white or light brown membranous scales on the outside, peeled off the scale leaves, and there are 6 to 10 garlic cloves inside, which are in whorls around the flower stem, the stem base is disc-shaped, and there are many fibrous roots. Each garlic clove is covered with a film, and the film is peeled off to see white, thick and juicy scales. It has a strong garlic odor and a spicy taste. Bulbs are large, with 6 to 10 petals, covered with gray-white or lavender membranous scales. The leaves are basal, solid, flat, linear-lanceolate, about 2.5 cm wide, and the base is sheath-like.
